Braemore stories
Stories from the space and the people in it.
Here we share the stories that emerge from Braemore Space, the experiences of those who pass through, the conversations that unfold over meals, and the connections forged between people and this remarkable corner of the Highlands.
who we are
A space where everyone's welcome, surrounded by nature.
Our workspace and events space sit within the landscape, not apart from it. Work with the clarity that comes from mountain air and open horizons. Take breaks by the water. Gather for talks, meals, and retreats that bring people together. Here, nature isn’t background—it’s part of how we think, create, and connect.
Its internal and external spaces invite you to take a breath and savour the views of mountains and strath in all seasons, while staying out of the elements.
Scottish Wildlife Trust land opposite with many nature restoration projects as well as our own tree-planting project encourage you to imagine what once was and what can be in future.
The drama of Europe’s deepest box canyon – the Scottish National Trust-managed Corrieshalloch Gorge – flows into our land, daring you to take a leap into the unknown. Local guides offer canyoneering walk/swims.
